These Terms of Use govern access to the website, its content, search, customer account, chat and associated features. Orders are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
02Website access
Access requires compatible equipment and an internet connection, the costs of which remain the user’s responsibility. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, security or an incident, without limiting legal obligations relating to orders already concluded.
Purchases by a minor must be made with the authorisation of their legal representative.
03Customer account and security
Users provide accurate information and maintain access to their email address. They protect their authentication methods and notify AXION without delay in the event of suspicious use. AXION may secure or suspend an account where a serious risk of fraud or harm to the website is identified.
04Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others; to attempt unauthorised access; bypass security measures; disrupt the service; extract data on a large scale; or reuse content for commercial purposes without authorisation.
05Reviews and submitted content
Where a user submits a review, image or comment intended for publication, they confirm that they hold the necessary rights and will not publish misleading, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory content or content that infringes privacy. AXION may moderate content for a legitimate reason without altering the meaning of a customer review.
06Product information and limitations
AXION takes care to ensure the accuracy of published information and corrects errors brought to its attention. General information does not replace the instructions supplied with the product or advice adapted to a particular situation.
Equestrian activity involves risks. An airbag is supplementary protection and does not guarantee deployment in every configuration or the absence of injury. These limitations never exclude statutory guarantees or liability imposed by law.
07Intellectual property
The website’s content, creations, distinctive signs and technical elements are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, distribution, extraction or exploitation is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
08Third-party services and external links
The store uses technical, payment, delivery, communication, review and audience-measurement providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms. AXION remains responsible for its own obligations and proper performance of the order within the limits provided by law.

AXION may amend these Terms of Use for the future. The applicable version is the one available at the time of the relevant use; a change does not retroactively reduce rights arising from an order.
