Shipping policy

LAST UPDATED: 26 MARCH 2026

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

This policy defines the conditions under which AXION Equestrian manufactures, prepares, dispatches and delivers orders placed on its website. It must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the return and refund policy and the information on product pages.

ARTICLE 2 – DELIVERY AREAS

AXION Equestrian delivers to mainland France, Corsica, Andorra, Monaco, the European Union and certain international destinations. Some destinations may be excluded for logistical, regulatory or customs reasons.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDER VALIDATION

An order is considered validated only after payment confirmation. AXION Equestrian reserves the right to suspend or refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

ARTICLE 4 – MANUFACTURING AND DISPATCH TIMES

The stated times exclude transport and run from validation of the order. They reflect the technical nature of the product and the hand application of crystals.

Products in stock: dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

Made-to-order products: estimated manufacturing and dispatch time of 4 to 6 weeks.

Fully personalised products: estimated manufacturing and dispatch time of 6 to 8 weeks.

Pre-orders: subject to the lead time stated when ordering. Pre-ordering reserves a product from a future production run.

These times are indicative and may vary according to manufacturing, supply and logistics. Pre-orders involve an unavoidable manufacturing period. No refund may be demanded solely because of the lead time, except where required by law.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY TIMES

After dispatch, the average times observed are: mainland France and Corsica — Colissimo home delivery generally 2 to 3 working days; Mondial Relay generally 3 to 5 working days. European Union — Colissimo generally 3 to 7 working days. International — Colissimo generally 5 to 10 working days or more depending on destination.

These times are indicative and may vary due to factors outside AXION Equestrian’s control, particularly carriers and logistical conditions.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times depend on carriers. AXION Equestrian cannot be held liable, subject to mandatory law, for delays caused by carrier activity, peak periods, weather, strikes or blockages, customs formalities or circumstances outside its control. No refund, compensation or commercial gesture may be demanded solely for a delay attributable to the carrier. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights, in particular in the event of a significant delay under consumer law.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION INCIDENTS

Delivery is entrusted to a third-party carrier. AXION Equestrian remains responsible for proper performance of delivery until the goods are actually handed to the customer in accordance with applicable law. However, AXION Equestrian cannot be held responsible for problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer or circumstances attributable to the carrier, including an incorrect or incomplete address, absence at delivery, failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point or redirection by the carrier. These situations may result in additional costs payable by the customer where legally permitted. No refund of shipping costs or commercial gesture may be demanded on that basis.

ARTICLE 8 – CARRIERS

Orders are shipped through Colissimo and Mondial Relay, the latter being available for pickup-point delivery in mainland France and Corsica. Mondial Relay pickup-point delivery is free in mainland France and Corsica for purchases of €100 or more. Other destinations are served through Colissimo. AXION Equestrian reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier.

ARTICLE 9 – SHIPPING COSTS, CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes or fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country and are borne exclusively by the customer. AXION Equestrian has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for their amount.

If customs charges are refused or unpaid, the parcel may be returned. Shipping, return and processing costs may be deducted from the refund, as may customs charges where applicable. No refund will be made until the product has been returned to and received by AXION Equestrian. If the parcel is not returned, no refund will be made.

ARTICLE 10 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery information. An error may cause delay, non-delivery or return of the parcel. It is not always possible to change an address after dispatch. Where the parcel is returned, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund and reshipping costs are borne by the customer. Even where delivery was originally free, costs actually incurred may be deducted where permitted by law.

ARTICLE 11 – UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCEL

An unclaimed or refused parcel may be returned and the shipping and return costs deducted from any refund. Costs actually incurred remain non-refundable where legally permitted, including where delivery was initially free.

ARTICLE 12 – LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL

If a parcel is lost or damaged, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. The customer undertakes to provide the information required for the investigation. Refund or reshipment may be suspended until the investigation is closed, subject to the customer’s mandatory rights. Delivery evidence supplied by the carrier, such as a signature, scan or pickup-point confirmation, may be taken into account when assessing the incident.

ARTICLE 13 – TRANSFER OF RISK

Risk transfers to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the parcel, in accordance with applicable law.
